Emma Mulé
My work centers on connection, collaboration, and making art grounded in real people and lived experience. Through movement, film and storytelling, I aim to translate everyday emotions into physical language that audiences can recognize themselves inside. I am interested in dance not as spectacle alone, but as communication. As a shared moment where performer and viewer meet in honesty and humanity. I create processes that invite performers to contribute their voices, allowing choreography to emerge from individuality rather than conformity. I strive to build spaces where interdisciplinary practice can thrive, blending dance with cinematic structure and journalistic curiosity. My goal is to craft work that is accessible without being simplified and thoughtful without being distant. Ultimately, I want my practice to leave people more attentive to one another and more aware of the stories carried in the body every day.
